The vehicle, once a service car for the Mauritian Police, has not only been restored but elevated, promising years of dependable and stylish service for its delighted new owner.

The Journey Begins:

The birthday surprise commenced with the wife’s wish to fulfill her husband’s lifelong dream of owning a Series IIA. After securing a local specimen in Mauritius, our talented team initiated the transformation of a vehicle bearing the marks of time and extensive wear into a timeless masterpiece.

From Chassis to Perfection:

The rejuvenation began with the vehicle stripped to its bare chassis, revealing a structure surprisingly still supportive despite significant rust and missing components. Our meticulous crew reconstructed and realigned the chassis before treating it to a hot-dip galvanization process, ensuring its endurance and vitality for decades to come.

Engine Revitalization:

Similarly, the engine, worn and weary, was systematically disassembled and overhauled. Each component was addressed with expert care, resulting in a power unit not only revived but primed to provide reliable service for the foreseeable future.

Aesthetic and Functional Enhancements:

While retaining its iconic appearance, this Series IIA received numerous under-the-skin enhancements. From a revamped suspension and braking system designed for modern safety to an electrically powered steering upgrade for ease of use, every modification was executed with precision and passion.
